Duties
As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Total Force Integration Branch, ensuring that Reserve Component operational planning, procurement, and utilization complies with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements and meets Command and subordinate command needs.
Exercise supervisory Reserve Forces program analyst responsibilities.
Represent the Total Force Integration Branch with a variety of command and functional area organizations.
Conduct, lead, and/or participate in endeavors to improve Reserve Component (RC) programs and/or influence policy changes for the command that typically involve long-range and complex topics.
Prepare and deliver written reports and oral presentations, e.g. briefings, training sessions, consultations, orientation, and discussions with external agencies, command leadership, supervisors, customers, subordinate staff members, and coworkers and conduct and/or lead conferences as a representative of USTRANSCOM.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Overseeing readiness requirements and activation of Individual Reserve (IR) and Full-time Support (FTS) personnel.
Providing Reserve Component expertise related to policy, plans, analysis of program/mission requirements, managing Reserve Component (RC) resources and oversight of Command missions, exercises, and taskings.
Representing an organization on working groups, steering groups, and/or other meetings, conferences, and seminars.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
