About the Position: About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst with responsibility for collecting, consolidating, analyzing, verifying and producing reports on a wide variety of statistical data.
This position is located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico
Duties
Identifies and determines the cause of unusual out of the normal range data and trends.
Uses statistical data to prepare clear concise reports, charts and graphs that provide the current status of hospital civilian hiring actions.
Assists with management studies to determine the validity of requests for staffing.
Research manpower guides and directives and makes recommendations as to whether requested positions improve the efficiency of the operation.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Employees assigned to this position are designated as Mission Essential and assume essential personnel status during inclement weather/emergencies.
- Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
