The incumbent serves as Team Leader for the Professional Development Program (PDP), Pathways program, and any other student-related programs within the Office of Human Resources. Responsibilities include providing leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of program responsibilities; conducting program reviews and analysis; and, providing leadership as well as direction to subordinate staff and coordination with senior management officials throughout the FHWA.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience providing advisory services and administering Pathways and/or other student hiring and recruitment programs.
Experience working with internal customers to recruit and hire a qualified workforce. Experience may include: Building recruitment actions plans, Position Descriptions, Job analyses, and vacancy announcements; validating qualifications; setting pay; making offers of employment.
Experience utilizing Human Resources policies, procedures, and regulations (such as 5 CFR, Departmental Directives, and OPM) to develop and implement hiring and recruitment programs.
