You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the ASN(RD&A)/DASN AP&B) of ASN RDA WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will plan, conduct and record surveys and inspections.
You will approve programs, to plan, present, and execute projects and/or studies within established financial and time constraints.
You will research, analyze, interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.
You will access or locate information through the use of a personal computer or terminal.
You will plan and execute complex, multi-faceted projects.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in planning, analyzing and /or evaluating the effectiveness of line or operating programs for the line manager. Experience coordinating with internal and external customers across a broad spectrum of government employees, military members, consultants, contractors, other government organization, and industry. Experience providing complex substantive management support services in key agency program areas for cost analysis, annual/multi/long range fiscal planning, or development.
