This position is located under the Office of Management, Property and Logistics Division (PLD) in Washington, District of Columbia.

Qualifications

To qualify for Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Chief), GS-15, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-14. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-15 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills; AND Oversee daily operations, development, implementation, and success of a Realty or Personal property program; AND, Work collaboratively with a diverse group of customers supporting organizational mission and objectives; AND Plan, manage, and execute operations with a budget exceeding $20 million dollars; AND Plan, coordinate, and execute innovative or strategic process improvements while executing day-to-day and/or urgent operations. Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
