This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Assistant Commandant for Reserve, located in Washington, D.C.

Duties
You will serve as a Management Analyst and Staff Advisor in the Assistant Commandant for Reserve conducting long range planning, historical research, and other variety of assignments for the Coast Guard Reserve Component.

- This position requires a Secret background investigation.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level in the federal service performing duties such as:
You MUST MEET all 4 conditions below: Your resume/supporting documents MUST demonstrate that you have met the specialized experienced.
experience utilizing analytical software platforms (Excel, SAS, PowerBI, Python R, etc); AND
collecting and analyzing data related to administrative and program operations; AND
drawing conclusion, making predictions, and informed decision making; AND
data analysis acumen.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to the line of work.
