This position serves as the Information Technology (IT) Program Manager for the Cybersecurity engineering solution area located within the Information Technology Management office of the Department of Justice (DOJ), National Security Division (NSD). The mission of the NSD is to coordinate the Department's efforts in carrying out its core missions of combating terrorism and protecting national security.

The incumbent is a recognized IT subject matter expert in technical cybersecurity services which is the practice of reducing cyber risk through the protection of the entire information technology infrastructure, including systems, applications, hardware, software, and data.
An IT Program Manager (INFOSEC), at full performance level, will perform duties such as but not limited to:
Preparing for and participating in periodic and IT working groups as a technical authority on project performance reviews of project budget, schedule, scope, quality, and customer value.
Evaluating and recommending the acquisition, implementation and dissemination of the cybersecurity architecture including procedures and practices to protect information assets.
Managing network and agency-wide access to cybersecurity systems and equipment. Implements security procedures and tools.
Requirements

- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, F AC-COR, and F AC-P\PM certification. The incumbent meets fully F AC-COR and F AC-P\PM certification requirements.
- The incumbent is required to file a confidential financial disclosure form (OGE Form 450).
Qualifications
To qualify for the position of IT Program Manager (INFOSEC) at (GS-2210-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.

To qualify for the GS-14 IT Program Manager (INFOSEC) position you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing cyber security engineering services.
