Duties
Applies extensive and advanced knowledge of government programs, acquisition strategies, and project templates to develop and prepare project documentation for entry into U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project Management System (P2)
Serves as the Lead expert in preparing, entering, and maintaining project data in the USACE P2 system relating to schedule, scope, budget, and provides guidance to junior schedulers on the team with respect to the same.
Develops standard templates, reports, and procedures on a variety of funds and acquisitions strategies to identify budget execution status for Programs/Project Managers, the Project Delivery Team, and the Project Review Board.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Documenting project schedules in P2, tracking scope, schedule, and budget execution throughout the project; 2) Reviewing progress for projects, measuring performance to take necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost; and 3) Utilizing reports to communicate scope, schedule, and budget status within the Project Delivery Team (PDT) and for upward reporting. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
