Summary:
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SE & ALRE GROUP, Support Equipment Department PEO (U&W/JSF) PSE Division F-35 SE Branch, at NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Specifically the position serves as the F-35 Propulsion Support Equipment Team Lead in support of the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), DoD Services, International Partner Nations, and FMS Customers.
Duties
You will plan, budget, and manage the identification, development, procurement and acquisition, production, and delivery of all required support equipment.
You will coordinate and interface with all stakeholders from various DoD service, International Partner nations, FMS customers, industry representatives, and other agencies and/or commands.
You will manage the cost-schedule-performance of support equipment development, production, and fielding activities, including identifying risks and overseeing solutions.
You will provide executive level briefs, reports, and other communications in support equipment initiatives and status
You will lead a multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed team whose responsibilities include the total life cycle management of support equipment
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-05 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following performing duties:
Planning, budgeting and executing across all system areas for identification, development, acquisition, production, delivery, and sustainment of all Support Equipment (SE) requirements in accordance with program cost-schedule-performance goals.
Coordinating and interfacing with appropriate Program Offices, Commands, senior fleet representatives, government stakeholders, and contractors to ensure program execution,
Making major program recommendations to senior management officials concerning program direction, policies, budgets, and acquisition strategies.
Managing all project resources and schedules and acquisitions to ensure all projects are funded, executed, and delivered as planned.
Leading large, multi-disciplined teams of government and contractor personnel in the effective execution of broad portfolio products and services.
