About the Position: Serves as a Quality Management System (QMS) Analyst in the Engineering and Construction (ENC) Division in the Consolidated Business Services Section (CENWP-ENC-TC).

Duties

Review the adequacy and accuracy of related cost estimates, detailed project schedules, various types of justification information and fact sheets in support of the District's budget. Review and analyze program performance as compared to established goals. Coordination, development, and preparation of the current year programs for each assigned project and activity. Monitoring execution on assigned projects.
