This position is in the Office of Research and Development (ORD), Center for Public Health & Environmental Assessment, Integrated Climate Sciences Division, Integration & Evaluations Branch. About ORD.
This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected). Partial work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-11 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-09 level defined as participating in projects and/or studies to assist with program planning and efficiency; preparing and/or analyzing reports.
To qualify for the GS-12 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-11 level defined as conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate program performance and efficiency; preparing and analyzing reports.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Ability to evaluate program performance results; 2) Ability to develop recommendations to increase program efficiency; 3) Ability to analyze programmatic data; 4) Skill in applying performance based management; 5) Ability to utilize analysis to make recommendations to management; 6) Skill in oral communication; 7) Knowledge in Microsoft Office software programs; 8) Skill in written communication.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
