You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT for the DEPT OF NAVY at NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT SEATTLE.
Duties
You will use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat to prepare a variety of documents, correspondence, and reports in accordance with established guidelines.
You will design or organize filing systems to maintain documents.
You will use knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) to provide travel arrangement assistance.
You will resolve administrative issues (e.g., travel orders, payment issues, timekeeping) in an office environment.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing administrative work in an office environment such as replenish office supplies, answer routine telephone inquiries and distribute mail; 2) Utilizing office automation software similar to Share Point, One Note, MS Word and Excel to format documents to produce and edit correspondences, awards, reports, graphs, calendars, statistics, mailing labels, and electronic mail; and 3) Maintaining and updating files based on policies and directives.
