About the Position: This position is location in the Command Group, U.S. Installation Management Command-Pacific, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. Hawaii may be considered a high cost of living. Duties
You will serve as a focal point for the conduct of Executive Group business with the principal staff, subordinate commands, and higher headquarters.
You will provide administrative assistance to the Region Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major (CSM).
You will serve as the region authority on staff procedures between the Executive Group, higher headquarters, subordinate commands, and staff principals.
You will advise the Chief of Staff on matters pertaining to offices under Chief of Staff purview, such as performance appraisals, classification and budget issues, awards, etc.
You will serve as IMPAC Approving Authority; Top Secret Control Officer; and Management Control Administrator per AR 11-2.
Requirements

- Temporary Duty travel (TDY) may be required up to 25% of the time.
