This position serves as the Training and Curriculum Specialist. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering course curriculum and training materials to meet specific needs of CAO, BCDR, and HRCCC staff, emphasizing virtual/multimedia course delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications: A master’s degree in early childhood education or child development AND 1 year of full-time experience working with children and/or youth. OR A 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development AND 3 years of full-time experience working with children and/or youth. ORA combination of education and experience with courses (24 higher level semester hours) in or related to Early Childhood Education or Child Development AND 3 years of full-time experience working with children and/or youth. Certifications or Courses: Experience in obtaining a CDA or supporting teacher educators in obtaining a CDA.
