Job opening: Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Salary: $139 395 - 181 216 per year
Employment Type: Full-time
This position is located in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Business Operations Center (BOC), Office of Personal Property (ORPP). Branch of Personal Property. This position is responsible for the Department's nationwide personal property management and motor vehicle fleet management programs. This position is outside the bargaining unit.

For GS-0343-14, duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Requires a probationary period if the requirement has not been met.
  • Candidate required to obtain the necessary security/investigation level.
  • Subject to financial disclosure requirements.
  • Requires a supervisory probationary period if the requirement has not been met.

Qualifications

You must meet the Specialized Experience to qualify for Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, as described below. For GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for GS-14 includes: Comprehensive knowledge of and experience in property and fleet management programs and the applicable regulations and policies pertaining to accountability, utilization, transfer, and disposal; Experience in developing regulations recommending policy changes; Experience in providing problem-solving solutions to programmatic issues.
