About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
Duties
Provide oversight and guidance based on coordination with TRADOC Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (TRADOC Data Stewart) for policies and official Army and DoD guidance.
Provide oversight and guidance to the section from the Chief of Staff Office, TRADOC G6, and the local Network Enterprise Center (NEC) in order to manage all CCoE websites at all levels of classification (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS).
Oversight of contractors who are providing KM/PI products services support to the CCoE, Signal and Cyber Mission Work Force, and the installation.
Provide oversight for all SharePoint services to include building tools, maintaining products, and providing SharePoint training.
Serve as a section leader to organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the section; articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved.
Perform all administrative functions like processing timecards, awards, and evaluations. as well as conduct counseling as required.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / Single Scope Background Investigation (TS/SSBI) with access to Secret Compartmented Information (SCI).
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain access to Intelligence Community facilities and networks.
- Position requires Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) up to 20%.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).
- The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R and must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one-year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by communicating with senior leaders to ensure compliance with all policies and requirements to achieve mission objectives. (2) Collaborative efforts with all levels of personnel to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of data. (3) Overseeing the development and maintenance of all IT tools and all websites are following all operational security policies and (4) Performing supervisory functions such as conducting counseling, processing timecards, awards, and evaluations.
