This position is located in the United States Mint, Office of the Director, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Information Technology Directorate (ITD), Application Development Division (ADD), Enterprise Systems Branch. The ADD provides state-of-the-art application development, information management, quality, repeatable work products, and operational support services that complement the United States Mint's business processes.
Duties
As an Information Technology Specialist (APPSW/INET), you will:
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Leading business system projects with varying technologies, utilizing project management fundamentals, PMP preferred but not required; AND
- Development, Testing or Administrative experience with Web Content Management Systems (examples are Drupal, SharePoint, WordPress, Joomla, Mangento, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce) AND
- SAFe 5.0/6.0 Scrum Master certification or Scrum Alliance Scrum Master certification; AND
- Experience communicating with customers and users of technology to understand and document user requirements AND
- Experience providing IT services; integrating application software; AND
- Participating in technological planning, product evaluation, or report development
In addition to specialized experience, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
