The Management & Program Analyst provides support in the development, coordination, and execution of the Quality Management System for the FAA Logistics Center (FAALC). Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team for projects/programs within AJW-L220.
Duties
As a Program Analyst, the incumbent provides support in the development, coordination, and execution of the Quality Management System for the FAA Logistics Center. Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Works with counterparts internal and external, with regular contacts among major subdivisions and LOB/SOs, customers, and other external parties to share information about the FAA and explain the applications of policies and procedures. Resolves most problems and work issues without the assistance of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Refers to managers and professionals who are more experienced problems that require their attention. May help them develop and recommend solutions.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

- Successful completion of a security investigation may be required.
