This position is located in Transmission Engineering Business Intelligence & Integrity (TEBI) organization of Transmission Engineering Internal Operations (TEB), Engineering and Technical Services (TE), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
A successful candidate in will serve as the senior business systems and data management analyst and technical lead responsible for the analytical and evaluative processes.

As a Business Systems Analyst (Data Management), you will:

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: applying a wide range of analytical methods and techniques for 1) the assessment and improvement of complex management processes and systems; 2) knowledge of program goals and objectives to plan a sequence of program events, milestones, and methods for evaluating organizational performance sufficient for business systems and data management; and 3) develop continuous improvement, and implementation of a quality management program.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
