Duties
You will lead and manage the overall Conventional Prompt Strike Program Protection.
You will integrate all security efforts throughout the entire system's life cycle to ensure that there is adequate system protection against hostile activities.
You will provide system and integration expertise, program management, and leadership in the complex planning, analysis, and evaluation of efforts related to programmatic key milestones.
You will provide direction, management, and oversight of all efforts related Program Protection Plan to include Hardware Assurance, Supply Chain Risk Management, Software Assurance, and Anti-Tamper.
You will analyze, evaluate and prepare program briefs, reports and correspondence.
You will develop detailed plans, tasks, milestone dates and schedules to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking of processes, schedule, risk, and costs throughout the life cycle of the programs.
You will interface with CPS government national team, industry partners, and platforms owners to incorporate/execute functions relevant to the implementation of the Program Protection Plan.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
The applicant should have experience in program management and leading a multi-disciplinary product team; including providing technical direction and performing management activities in support of a weapon system integration effort.
The applicant should have knowledge or experience with some or all of the major elements of program protection, including: Critical Program Information (CPI), software assurance, hardware assurance, anti-tamper (AT), supply chain risk management (SCRM), cybersecurity, System Security Engineering (SSE), and traditional security.
The applicant should have knowledge or experience in planning and managing design, development, testing, evaluation, deployment, and support of complex technical systems.
The applicant should have experience providing complex substantive management support services in key agency program areas for cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning.
