About the Position: This position is located in the Dir. of Dental, at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Duties

Provide staff direction and technical guidance in Supply Management involving normal supply operations; equipment authorization, acquisition, and accountability; inventory management; and equipment replacement programs. Process Local Purchase Multiple Line Item Procurement Receipts, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Credit Card and Prime vendor invoices into appropriate accounting and financial systems in place. Maintain requisition suspense files and completed files. Maintain contacts with supply program personnel and customers of serviced organizations to discuss and resolve supply related actions for all types of materials including urgent, critical shortage, and other special items. Prepare or provides guidance in the preparation of component annexes to hand-receipt records. Review packing documents and invoices for material received and compares receipt document against contractual documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
