Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Management Analyst, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Office of the Chief Information Officer to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Serves as a point of contact (POC) and liaison on human resources (HR) issues directed by their supervisor, works to identify and recruit qualified individuals to accomplish the component's mission.

Serves as an initial point of contact to internal customers and communicates with stakeholders to support business operations functions, including allocation of physical space for FTEs, staff training and development needs, award nominations and processing, and miscellaneous actions.
Plays a supporting role in the analysis and evaluation of recruitment strategies, supporting Office initiatives and his/her supervisor in determining the effectiveness of current efforts and to identify alternative resources, programs and tools for use in improving recruitment efforts.
Provides guidance to internal customer on resource planning and resource management activities related to human capital and workforce planning activities.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing at least three (3) of the following:
Developing briefings, reports, presentations and/or other work products to meet organizational goals.
Facilitating communication with internal and/or external stakeholders and managers regarding work activities.
Analyzing or evaluating findings and recommend solutions to improve program operations and procedures.
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with partner organizations.
