About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for Communications-Electronics Command, Life Cycle Management CTSF (DA).

Duties

Serves as directorate primary point of contact to facilitate human resources programs and resolve problems. Acts as liaison to the servicing Civilian Human Resource Service Center CHRSC and CECOM G1 for all aspects of the human resources process. Provides guidance and assistance regarding these personnel matters in accordance with the appropriate statutes and regulatory guidance and procedures. Works with management analysts in the directorate on RESHAPE Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), RIF, and other tasks to implement personnel and manpower requirements. Serves as the principal action officer and advisor for all civilian personnel actions which include position establishment and recruitment actions. Oversees performance management, to include the AcqDEMO. Collaborates and consults with personnel within and outside of the organization to develop business analyses/work products to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
