This position is located in the Branch of Dietary Services, Division of Administrative Services, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana. The purpose of this position is performs cooking duties independently.

Duties

Responsible for meal preparation and service to patients, treatment center and others as needed. Maintain rotation of food inventories to prevent spoilage. Responsible for setting up patient trays per dietary kardex and place condiments and beverages on trays. Assist with the receiving and storage of food and non-food supplies, checking day stores inventory, and assisting with the maintenance, sanitation, and order of storage areas.
