You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) in the CYBERSECURITY TEST & EVALUATION (59000) of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will apply knowledge of Human Capital Management with the ability to build and manage workforce.
You will conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.
You will ensure the integration of all systems components meet the Cybersecurity requirements.
You will tailor systems engineering processes to meet the needs of a specific project/program.
You will apply knowledge of the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Interoperability Test Process.
You will develop and manage the approval process of a non ACAT Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area XXXX level Intermed/Journeyman within 12 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead and/or supervise personnel supporting various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and manage a Test & Evaluation (T&E) program. Examples of Qualifying experience: Coordinate the work of others to meet the organization's mission; Modify and execute test plans in accordance with Test and Evaluation Processes; Test Cybersecurity requirements that include threat reduction, vulnerability reduction.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Apply systems analysis concepts and techniques in order to determine best approaches for implementation within the technical environment.
2. 3. Oral Communication: Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Provide advice and guidance on a wide range and variety of complex IT issues.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Evaluate and recommend adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering IT services.
