You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Research & Development Group, Spectrum Warfare Dept, Avionics/Weapons Integration Engineer Division, Avionics Product Delivery of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will serve as the F/A-18 EA-18G IPT Lead Strategic Analyst. You will work be responsible for building, mentoring and developing team members within the IPT. You will collaborate with IPT team members, other IPT leadership, technical team leads, Program Offices and other teams within NAVAIR. You will conduct strategic planning with the ELT, internal, and external leaders.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating ability to coach teams on Lean-Agile principles and practices; 2) Conducting strategic planning with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), internal, and external leaders; 3) Ability to Identify, assess, recommend, and implement improvement opportunities to the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT in the areas of change management, organizational development and design, team formation, and strategy identification and execution; 4) Ability to provide recommendations for improvement that are brought to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) Community of Action (CoA) for consideration no later than once per Program Increment.
