About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs.
Duties
Responsible to perform as the Telecommunication Services Control Officer.
Maintains and safeguards all documentation related to information and security management for audit and recordkeeping purposes.
Works on projects and studies, which require analysis of interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive mission-oriented programs.
Ensures completion of relocations with minimum disruption to the daily activities of the units involved.
Assures that internal systems and procedures meet the requirements of balancing costs, benefits, productivity, and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with the management of various programs and projects such as property accountability and/or internal control programs; providing administrative and operational support for program reviews, information technology request, special projects, and/or studies; developing files and records related to facilities and property management while handling multiple programs and projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Education: I have successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. OR
Combination of Experience and Education: Specialized experience as described above, but less than one year; and at least two years of graduate education as described above, but less than the required three years. Compute the percentage of the requirements met, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
