You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MOBILE & INTEGRATED THREAT DIV, THREAT TARGET SYSTEMS DEPT
of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will identify customers’ project management requirements.
You will analyze software project management requirements or environment.
You will identify project documentation requirements and procedures.
You will lead a team in designing and/or conducting analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, or other research.
You will facilitate phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
DA-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing project management methodologies; 2) Planning a project in at least one project management methodology; 3) Utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel to manage cost, performance, and schedule to include metrics; and 4) Demonstrating ability to lead a project involving the entire organization.
DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Understanding of basic project management methodologies; 2) Utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel to create work breakdown structures and cost estimates; 3) Demonstrating the ability to lead a project involving a one or two teams in the organization.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
DA-04:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
DA-03:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
