You will serve as Requirements Branch Head in the Facilities Management Division of the Public Works Department, NAS Lemoore of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will supervise a Requirements staff consisting of Facility Operations Specialists, Call Center Agent, Production Controller, and Program Analyst. You will manage local call center service desk operations, work induction, and classification. You oversee the identification of facility requirements, induction, and scope development of projects to be placed on the Maintenance Execution Plan (MEP), Maintenance Action Plan (MAP), and Long Range Maintenance Plan (LRMP). You will oversee the facility inspection and condition assessment program (ICAP). You will monitor CNI direct funds and tenant reimbursable funding accounts and communicate status of funds to PWD and tenant Leadership.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

our resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having knowledge of facility management principles; 2) Applying facility management principles as it relates to the budgeting, planning, programming, and execution of facility sustainment requirements; 3)Monitoring expenditures and uses of cost-benefit thinking to set priorities; and 4) Appling principles, methods, tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing facility programs and resources. **NOTE: This information must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for the position.""
