This job opportunity is for an AVIATION RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, position description D1891000, within the 141st ARS of the New Jersey National Guard. This vacancy announcement is a Title 32, Excepted Service position. The purpose of this position is to supervise, establish and direct a planned, systematic approach of a quality assurance program designed to provide the maintenance managers confidence in aircraft, aircraft systems, products or supporting processes.

Qualifications

General Experience: Experience, education, or training interpreting, explaining, and/or applying a variety of regulations and procedures and using computer and automation systems. Specialized Experience: Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training in the following: Arranging or procuring transportation for personnel, cargo or freight. Pre and post auditing of freight bills, bills of lading, and personnel transportation vouchers. Coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems.
