NTIS is an Agency within the Department of Commerce (DOC) that enables the public and American businesses to gain access to vital governmental information. We're looking for a Supervisory Program Manager to join our team!

Duties

This is a Supervisory Program Manager position within the Office of the Director for NTIS. The candidate will: Manage all program functions to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of program goals and objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner. Establish and use standardized and repeatable processes that result in prudent oversight, strong internal controls, and effective program financial management. Conduct quality assurance and collect, analyze, and evaluate data sets to monitor the program and create and deliver analysis findings. Oversee identification of program requirements and development of strategies for program planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate requirements with NTIS Offices, including efforts to build, maintain, communicate, and effectively manage detailed project schedules and budgets.

  • Completion of Confidential Financial Disclosure, Form OGE-450

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level. Additionally, applicants must have specialized experience, defined as experience initiating required action in program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and decision making; (2) reviewing project management plans, reports, and memoranda to determine and implement changes needed to manage large, multi-million-dollar projects or programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
