About the Position: Serve as the Strategic Writer-Editor for Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) and the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness.
Relocation incentive MAY be authorized subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations.
Duties
Research and/or develop strategic communications and outreach products, such articles, public affairs guidance, briefing cards, presentations, scripts, info papers, and talking points, for distribution to a variety of Army and public audiences.
Provide support for special projects and assignments on a wide variety of harmful behavior issues with audiences at the highest level of the Army's civilian and military leadership.
Assist the Division Chief in providing oversight of contract communications and outreach deliverables.
Edit according to established guidelines for accuracy and completeness of subject matter and written material.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes writing a variety of material for command information publications such as newsletters and newspapers; developing speeches and articles for leadership; researching to produce articles for different audiences; and tailoring products based on audience and medium such as web, print, and digital; and editing assignments to explain the organization's policies and programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
