Duties
You will be responsible for managing a team of supporting Government personnel such as a Project Manager or System Engineer who manage
discrete elements of the acquisition program
You will prepare program budget estimates, develop work breakdown structures, build program schedules, perform contract planning and coordinate post-award
activities.
You will assess near and far term requirements and technology advances in relation to PMW goals and objectives.
You will communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.
You will serve as the Navy Cyber Defense APM in support of the PMW 130 Information Assurance and Cybersecurity program office within PEO C4I
You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Defensive Cyber Operations that provide Cybersecurity and Defensive Cyber Capability to the warfighter
You will collaborate with the Technical Director, cybersecurity engineers, and industry to develop future capabilities based-on Fleet requirements and cyber threat analysis
You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Navy Afloat / Ashore Network Infrastructure
You will be responsible for facilitating the integration of multiple projects and programs of record, both internal and external to the program office, to develop and deliver a holistic cybersecurity ecosystem ashore and afloat
You will manage stakeholder relations for Navy and DoD organizations and will represent the Program Office to senior DoD/Navy leadership.
You will assist the PM in preparing and/or presenting briefs to stakeholders (Congressional Staffers, Chief of Naval Operations, Type Commanders, Operational and Joint Test Commands, other System Commands, and other PEOs)
You will incorporate industry and government best practices to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 801 Basic Level within 6 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: EXPERIENCE WITH THE OVERSIGHT OF REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, INTEGRATION, TESTING, TRAINING, PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION, CONTRACTING, AND BUDGET PLANNING. KNOWLEDGE OF DEFENSIVE CYBER OPERATIONS THAT PROVIDE CYBERSECURITY AND DEFENSIVE CYBER CAPABILITY TO THE WARFIGHTER. KNOWLEDGE OF NAVY AFLOAT / ASHORE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE.
