Serves as a Human Capital Management Analyst and consultant on the full spectrum of human capital management functions at the Nimitz Warfare Analysis Center. This position will provide human capital program management advisory services to the senior leadership, supervisors and managers at all levels. This position is located at NIMITZ OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE CENTER.

Duties

You will serve as a Human Capital Management Analyst and consultant on the full spectrum of human capital management functions at the Nimitz Warfare Analysis Center. You will ensure that human capital contributes to the strategic direction of the organization. You will support organizational members and leaders with all aspects of human capital needs. You will cultivate and support a diverse and inclusive culture that supports organizational performance and ensure equity effectiveness. You will gather and analyze data to inform business decisions. You will design and implement business solutions to meet capital needs.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide human capital management advisory services to senior leadership, supervisors and managers; 2) Maintain and operate internal databases for all aspects of human capital operations required to analyze data and produce matrixes and reports; 3) Manage human capital management systems to ensure databases are current and fully populated with key information including workforce data extracted from agency HRO databases; 4) Analyze, review and evaluate human resources program areas and recognize problems/problem areas and take initiative to develop solutions to complex or unusual issues; 5) Promote the establishment and achievement of overall human capital management program objectives throughout the command.
