You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the FLDSUPPACT.
Duties
You will responsible for the oversight and analysis of all aspects of an Activity Manpower Document.
You will provide recommendations to supervisor, deputy and/or director regarding draft status and modifications to resourcing profiles for commands.
You will validate all changes affecting current and future requirements.
You will organize and assemble manpower data to prepare manpower reports and presentations for
supervisor, supported activities, or echelon I and II staffs.
You will independently plan, schedule, coordinate and carry out routine work assignments with minimal
supervision.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
Providing recommendations to supervisor, deputy and/or directors regarding draft status and modifications to resourcing profiles for commands.
Analyzing assessing and endorsing requests for changes in manpower ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency align with current guidelines.
Understanding of the Navy organizational structures, functions, operations and procedures of Navy Staffs, operational units and sure-based activities.
Preparing, submitting and defending a Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission and its supporting documentation.
