Serves as an IT Project Manager in the Office of Systems Architecture (OSA) and is responsible for establishing the integrated project team, developing and implementing project plans, leading project planning, project execution and monitoring and controlling projects in support of SSA's programmatic and administrative systems, and is responsible for adhering to the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

To qualify for the 2210 IT Specialist series, applicants must demonstrate the following competencies: must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate.

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such IT-related experience must include work that involves:
1. Coordination and communication with other components/offices on IT projects
AND
2. Direct experience with IBM Content Manager On Demand.
The specialized experience is REQUIRED and must be explicitly documented/described in your resume, or you will be disqualified from further consideration.
