This position is located in the Facility Management Division at Rocky Mountain National Park. Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately April-October, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year (November-March).

Duties

Performs parkwide sign maintenance, construction and repairs. Able to layout, construct, install, repair and maintain signs of various types and materials using carpentry tools and equipment and signmaking software and equipment. Constructs, installs, modifies and repairs interpretive and other devices including display cases, and cabinets, display bases, locking dispensers, plaques, exhibit bases and mountings, picture frames, etc. Constructs, maintains and repairs log and timber frame trailhead information kiosks. Will construct, maintain and repair backcountry signs and signposts.
