This position is located in Office of Minority and Women Inclusion’s (OMWI) and is responsible for documenting OMWI processes and procedures and reviewing and testing OMWI’s processes for the assurance statement and quality control.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-09: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/CG-07 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Using analytical and evaluative techniques to assist with the assessment of productivity, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of program operations; presenting findings and recommendations to managers or other staff; and preparing project papers or other written reports of findings.
OR
EDUCATION: To qualify based on education, applicants must have completed a Master's or equivalent graduate degree (such as an LLB. or J.D.) or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education.
OR
COMBINING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: To qualify on a COMBINATION of Education and Experience, applicants must have completed graduate level education as described above, beyond the 1st full year of graduate level education and specialized experience as describe above that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
CG-11: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/CG-09 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Using analytical and evaluative techniques to identify EEO barriers in processes and procedures, participating in audits to identify systemic barriers and analyzing data to present findings and recommendations to managers or other staff; preparing project papers or other written reports of findings
OR
EDUCATION: To qualify based on education, applicants must have completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 years of progressively higher level full-time graduate education leading to such a degree; or a LL.M.
OR
COMBINING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: To qualify on a COMBINATION of Education and Experience, applicants must have completed graduate level education as described above, beyond the 2nd full year of graduate level education and specialized experience as describe above that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
