About the Position This position is located in Army Community Hospital WINN, Fort Stewart GA.

Duties

Serve as Civilian Pay Technician in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the Defense Health Agency. Provide clerical and technical liaison customer service for employees, supervisors and managers on both routine and complex pay-related issues. Assist customers in-person, telephonically and through written inquiries related to debt, leave, pay, time and attendance. Maintain pay and leave files for routine and non-routine actions.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination.
• This is a Financial Management Level 1 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051.
