You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist in the Cybersecurity Engineering Department of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.

Duties

You will track and report metrics to evaluate internal work products, efficiency, effectiveness of processes, and workforce development. You will lead capabilities process engineering and build process engineering. You will design and implement defensive measures that protect information, information systems, and networks from attack. You will establish requirements for courses and other knowledge transfers to use in employee individual development plans. You will plan, assign, and direct tasks. You will provide technical and career guidance. You will provide administrative support for activities such as fiscal operations, procurement, and personnel management. You will conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses. You will test Cybersecurity requirements that include threat reduction, vulnerability reduction. You will applying analytical processes to the planning/ design. You will feasibility studies and trade-off analyses. You will ensuring the integration of all systems components meet the Cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Tracking and reporting metrics, designing and implementing defensive measures that protect information systems and networks, establishing individual development plan requirements, and performing various supervisory tasks. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1.
