Serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the Executive Services and Outreach, AMC-003, performing multiple and varying complex assignments as required for the Aeronautical Center. Acts as a contributing specialist on large work activities. May act as project manager or team leader for large projects/programs or other work activities with little direction.

Duties

Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge of quality management and ISO 9001 Standards to assist the Aeronautical Center Director, Executive Services and Outreach, and other AMC management team members in implementation and maintenance of a quality management system.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
  • Successful completion of a security investigation may be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

To qualify for this FV-I (FG/GS-13) position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H (FG/GS-12) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes experience of implementing ISO 9001 quality management system standards; experience leading a team(s) for large projects/programs and using various communication methods to report status updates to management; experience identifying work or project related deficiencies and implementing solutions without the assistance of management.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Applicants may be asked to verify information on your application for employment with the FAA.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
