Duties

Execute EEO Program Management and Coordination of the major components of a Model EEO program. Serve as staff advisor providing guidance/assistance related program implementation, policy/regulation, problem solving. Execute program management and oversight of EEO Affirmative Employment Programs, Disability Program, Special Emphasis Program and Complaints Processing. May manage all or some of these programs. Design, develop and facilitate EEO Training for the workforce and leadership teams. Provide overall management, execution, and coordination for EEO Outreach programs, initiatives, and events.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 35% of the time.
