Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level defined as coordinating and evaluating data across programs, using such data to identify trends and inform decision making, and working with stakeholders to accurately report data, solve problems pertaining to that data, and develop recommendations and operational improvements to data analysis efforts across the program.

Ability to advise specialists and management on issues of developing, communicating, or enhancing program matter.
Skill in oral communication.
Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods.

Skill in identifying potential problems or inefficiencies in complex processes.
Ability to advise senior management on recommendations from analytical findings.
Skill in written communication.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
