About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Force Management, Documentation Analyst for the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). Analyzes, builds, coordinates TDA documents to support Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, G3/5/7, Command Plan (CPLAN), Change Management Plans (CMPs), Out of Cycle (OOC) and other change management processes for MEDCOM and its subordinate units.

Duties

Conduct analysis of TDA documents, provide recommendations against (ERVB) decisions, and documents outcomes. Manage production of TDA, AUGTDA, MOBTDA, and CTA documents in accordance with regulatory compliance. Ensure accuracy of equipment entries in USAFMSA’s automated 4610-R equipment database tool on Force Management System (FMS). Analyze, build, coordinate Distribution and Allowances (TDA) documents. Demonstrate proficiency using the automated TDA application within the Force Management System (FMS), and MS Office products. Provide expertise in determining appropriate personnel requirements and establishing manpower mix criteria.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent will require temporary duty travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Occasional overtime work may be required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
