This position is located in Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ENFORCEMENT. The incumbent provides subject-matter expertise to enforcement staff and management in connection with the Whistleblower Program and the various consumer financial laws under the Bureau's authority.

As a Management and Program Analyst (Whistleblower Analyst), you will:
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the CN-53, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-52 grade level in the Federal service. (For qualification purposes, the CN-52 is broadly equivalent to the GS-12).Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience conducting research on consumer financial protection laws to draft deliverables such as research memoranda, briefs, and other legal filings.; AND
Experience with fact gathering, including gathering information from whistleblowers or consumers.; AND
Experience participating in investigatory and litigation activities (i.e., reviewing materials received, formulating recommendations, organizing materials, etc.).; AND
Experience with analytical tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau) to report on and monitor work.; AND
Experience with defining requirements for the development and/or maintenance of a specialized database.
