In this position you will work as a member of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Human Resources Operation, Title V Section. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience independently performing a wide variety of technical assignments in one or more fields of Human Resource processing.

Qualifications
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for this position at the GS-09 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following:
Reviewing, processing, and providing guidance regarding the processing of personnel/payroll actions; and
Resolving processing issues affecting pay, benefits, etc; and
Assisting in monitoring reports used in tracking, processing, and resolving processing data.
OR
Education
master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related
