About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst with responsibility for analyzing, implementing, and evaluating program areas and overall financial management in the Civil Works Management Division.

Duties

Responsible for analyzing, implementing, and evaluating program areas and overall financial management in the Civil Works Management Division. Oversee and analyze all appropriations which include: General Investigations; Construction General; Operations and Maintenance, General; Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies; Regulatory Functions; and Operations and Maintenance of Dams. Collaborate with and provide guidance and assistance to the major subordinate organizations within Northwestern Division concerning activities in the preparation and submission of budget and programming documents. Recommend reprogramming within the authority of District Engineers and, when necessary, prepare justification for major reprogramming to obtain approval by Northwestern Division (NWD), HQUSACE and/or the Congressional appropriations committees.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
