Serves as a Program Analyst for the Office of National Engagement and Regional Administration, ANM001.
Duties
This position serves as a Program Analyst in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Service Center Region or Region, Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL), National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA). The position reports to the Deputy Regional Administrator (DRA), Supervisory Senior Advisor, or Executive Operations Manager. The position serves as the regional point of contact (POC) for external outreach and relations with Congress, the aviation community, and the public; and supports corporate leadership and horizontal integration; organizational business planning; quality management; and various special projects associated with the ARA organization.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, FG/GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Overall experience in one or more of the following areas: (1) Applying FAA organizational policies and operational requirements; (2) Communication with Congressional staff, industry stakeholders, industry officials, media, and/or the public; and (3) Intergration of overall and local priorities for an organization or government agency.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.*For all candidates referred to the hiring manager and selected for an interview, management will require a writing exercise to be completed.
