Duties

You will direct maintenance and repair work to water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, deep well pumps, lift stations and swimming pools. You will plan, schedule and coordinate the maintenance and repair duties performed in the Water and Wastewater Treatment Sections. You will plan both daily and long term repairs with priority being given to emergency repairs. Determines manpower requirements to meet repair deadlines. You will determine tools and equipment requirements for specific maintenance and repair projects. You will determine needs for personnel, personnel replacement, new billets or reassigning old billets for most efficient execution of maintenance and repair responsibilities and utilization of personnel. You will make recommendations for reassignment, promotions and demotions, grant leave, resolves complaints, and counsels employees at this level. You will maintain time records, productions equipment usage, maintain and prepares daily maintenance and repair reports, maintain utilization records, and maintenance records on equipment and auxiliaries.
