Duties
You will serve as a Shift Supervisor Standoff Strike Weaponeer in the N2 Intelligence Division of CMSA PAC, CAMP HM SMITH HAWAII, an Echelon III Command under COMUSFLTFORCOM.
You will perform a full range of supervisory responsibilities for a subordinate staff consisting of six to eight Standoff Precision Strike Weaponeers, GS-2101-12, and 3 Imagery Analysts, E5-E6.
You will organize, plan, direct and administer the work of the Intel Shift (I or II), ensuring that work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
You will select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirements, and EEO and diversity objectives.
You will appraise subordinate workers performance ensuring consistency and equity in rating techniques.
You will identify employee developmental needs and provide or arrange for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and improve job performance.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying a mastery wide range of terminologies, methodologies, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques related to target analysis, weaponeering, target materials, force application, execution planning, damage assessment, measurement of program effectiveness, and target database management functions contained in the targeting cycle and as they relate to Tomahawk Land Attack Cruise Missiles (TLAMs) and Long Range Hypersonic Weapons (LRHW) & Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Hypersonic missiles.
Experience applying proficient knowledge of photogrammetric theory, measurement techniques, and national/tactical imagery evaluation methods sufficient to oversee the preparation and production of geo-positioning products for route development and to measure and locate the positioning of imaged objects.
Experience applying expert knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of cruise missile mission planning and mission distribution systems sufficient to provide leadership, expert advice and consultation services regarding the interpretation and application of programs planned for future improvements and proposed enhancements to mission planning.
Experience researching, analyzing, interpreting, evaluating, and integrating complex data and interrelated information to identify shortfalls and areas needing improvement to senior personnel; and to translate requests for information into reports, studies, and detailed analyses regarding suitability for use in mission planning.
Experience planning, organizing, and directing the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization.
